Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Please note: Returns are not free of charge. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

1. Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in its original condition.

The product must include all original parts, accessories, and packaging.

The item must show no signs of excessive use or damage caused by improper handling.

Hygiene-sensitive products must be unused and in a clean condition.

Any defect must be reported immediately upon receipt of the product.
North Collectives reserves the right to refuse returned items if they show signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by us.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Returns are not free.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

We may deduct any applicable fees if necessary.
All returns must be sent to our designated return address, which will be provided after your return request has been approved.
Do not send returns to the sender’s address on the package. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return

4. Processing of Returns
Once we receive your returned item:

Returns are inspected within 7 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier) receive the final item of your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email to:

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
6. Orders Already in Transit
Because we operate with an automated fulfillment system, orders are processed immediately after placement.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You must wait until you receive the goods and then initiate a return in accordance with this policy.
Due to international shipping, delivery times may vary and may be longer than expected. Shipping delays do not qualify as valid grounds for cancellation while the order is in transit.
7. Refunds
If your return is approved:

We will refund the purchase amount excluding original shipping costs (if applicable).

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

We reserve the right to withhold a refund until the returned goods have been received and inspected.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:

9. Final Notes
All approved returns must be sent to our designated return facility. In certain cases, returns may need to be sent to our international fulfillment center.
